摘  要:垂体的漏斗部是连接垂体和下丘脑的重要部分。大鼠垂体的漏斗柄纤细,在取材中极易断裂,因此国内外有关这一研究少见报道。为探索大鼠垂体带下丘脑标本的取材方法,同时提供大鼠垂体的完整形态学资料,选取成年雄性SD大鼠,经多聚甲醛液灌注固定后取材。对取材手法进行了探索,总结出了确保取材成功率达40%以上的取材经验。观察其石蜡切片发现,腺垂体的中间部和神经垂体是紧密融合的;腺垂体远侧部和中间部之间有多处结合,提示拉司克囊可能是由多个大小不等的潜在间隙组成。The pituitary infundibulum is an important part of connecting the pituitary gland with the hypothalamus. Because the infundibular stem of rat is slim and fractured easily in the process of obtaining it,the research on this subject is rarely reported at home and abroad. For exploring the methods of obtaining the rat pituitary specimens with hypothalamus and obtaining the morphological materials of rat pituitary,the adult male SD rats were selected. These specimens were injected with the paraformaldehyde buffer liquid and these pituitary glands with their hypothalamus were taken out. Based on the experience,the success rate was 40% or more. Routine paraffine sections show that: intermedia pars of the adenohypophysis and the neurohypophysis is closer integration; some combining sites between the pars intermedia and pars distal. It shows the Rathkes pouch may be composed of multiple sizes of potential space.
