摘　　要：有机化学实验是有机化学课程的重要组成部分,是化学、生物技术、医药、农药和材料化学等各专业的一门极其重要的实验课程。设计一个面向大学本科生的综合性有机化学实验—冬青油的提取与乙酰水杨酸的合成,综合多篇文献选择了一条较为适宜学生实验的连续步骤。新实验在培养学生有机化学实验基本技能的基础上,着重培养了学生的研究探索能力和创新能力。Organic chemistry experimental is an important component of the organic chemistry curriculum. It is also an important experiment course for subject of chemistry,biotechnology,pharmaceutical,pesticide,material chemistry and so on. Based on many years of teaching,a comprehensive organic chemistry experiment（ oil of wintergreen is extracted from leaf of wintergreen and synthesis of aspirin） for undergraduates was designed in the paper. A continuous synthetic route is more suitable for students,which was chosen by the consideration of reported literature. Based on the students training skills for organic chemistry experiment,the new experiment was emphasized to train the students’ research exploration ability and innovation ability.
