摘　　要：在环境专业实验教学中开展活性污泥性质测定及处理性能评价综合性实验的研究与探索,在测定活性污泥的MLSS、MLVSS、SV及SVI常规指标的基础上,采用显微镜观察活性污泥中的生物相,包括菌胶团、原生动物和后生动物的种类组成、数量、形态的变化过程,在此基础上对活性污泥的性状、反应操作环境以及出水水质进行预测与评价。该项综合性实验的建设取得了较好效果,有助于拓宽学生知识面、强化专业技能学习、提高学生综合素质以及提升学生实验兴趣。Comprehensive experiment on property measurement and treatment efficiency of activated sludge was developed in the experimental teaching course of environmental specialty. On the basis of measuring the common indexes of MLSS,MLVSS,SV and SVI of the activated sludge,the microscopic observation of biophase was also supplemented,including the composition,quantity and morphology of zoogloea,protozoa,metazoa. The results was thoroughly analyzed to assess the status of activated sludge,the operational conditions and effluent quality. The well-developed experiment help students broaden the scope of knowledge,strengthen the professional skills,improve the comprehensive quality and increase the experimental interests.
