基于Web of Science的护理成本研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:分析护理成本研究领域的经典文献、重要作者和期刊分布,挖掘出该领域的研究热点和前沿.方法:基于Web of Science数据库,应用Histcite分析工具及文献计量学方法,检索1965—2015年有关护理成本核算的研究论文进行文献计量研究.结果:共检索到相关文献3 999篇,护理成本研究领域的文献量呈逐年上升趋势.以美国为首的发达国家在该领域的研究成果显著.Journal of advanced nursing收录的此领域的文献最多,并且本地被引频次和总被引频次均较高.结论:我国护理成本核算的研究还处于发展阶段,还需要不断探索合理的成本核算方法,以建立完善的护理成本核算体系,来适应市场经济发展的要求.Objective To analyze the classical literature,the important authors and the journals distributions of nursing cost research.Methods Based on the Web of Science database,we used HistCite analysis tools and the bibliometrics method in order to search and collect the research Literatures on nursing cost from1965 to 2015.Results 3999 articles were selected from webs,which found the amount of nursing cost papers was increasing,and the developed countries such as the United States had a significant research achievements in this field.Journal of advanced nursing which was accepted the most papers about nursing cost,and LCS and GCS were also high.Conclusions China is still under the development stage in the field of nursing cost researches.It is necessary and urgent to explore the appropriate method of the cost analysis and establish a perfect system of the nursing cost accounting.
