摘  要:本文基于模拟气腹理论[1],开展了满足中华人民共和国医药行业标准YY 0843-2011《医用内窥镜内窥镜功能供给装置气腹机》的气腹机测量装置的研发,其中研发的重点是分析了该模型结构的误差影响,包括对容器2与容器1的内表面横截面面积比值对过压或欠压状态下模拟腹腔的气压误差对测量准确性的影响分析、移动和定位引起的气压突变值的控制误差对测量准确性的影响分析、对实现模拟腹腔的气压突变的时间误差对测量准确性影响的分析。Based on the theory of simulating pneumoperitoneum 1),the device used to measuring insufflators was carried out in this article. The research met the requirements of the medicine industry standard of the People's Republic of China YY 0843- 2011 "Medical endoscopes – Endoscope supply units- Insufflators ". The impact of errors of model structure on measurement accuracy was analyzed in the research,including the impact analysis of pressure error of simulation abdomen under the condition of overpressure or underpressure through different cross- sectional area ratio of the inner surface of the container 2 and container 1,the impact analysis of control error due to pressure mutations of simulation abdomen caused by moving and positioning,and the impact analysis of time error during pressure mutations of simulation abdomen.
