摘　　要：橡胶密炼机是高分子材料加工中所需要的重要设备,而作为橡胶密炼机的核心部件的转子,其可靠性对混炼效率和混炼质量有重要影响。对某橡胶密炼机转子运用Ansys Workbench平台进行模态分析,得到其前6阶固有频率,并从防止共振的角度分析得出该密炼机转子的合理转速范围。The rubber mixer is one of the important equipment needed in polymer materials processing,and as the core component of rubber mixer rotor,its reliability has important influence on the mixing efficiency and mixing quality.This article analyzes a rubber mixer rotor with Ansys Workbench platform,obtains its first six order natural frequency,and analyzes the reasonable mixer rotor speed range from the perspective of preventing resonance.
