摘　　要：随着军队医疗卫生机构体制编制的改革,卫生士官在部队基层医疗机构中的作用越来越重要,正在成为基层医疗机构中的骨干力量[1]。我院在如何培养综合素质较高、应用能力较强的新型卫生士官人才中取得了一些经验。With the reform and establishment of military medical institution system, Medical sergeant plays a more and more important role in the grassroots medical institutions of the army, becoming the backbone of primary medical institutions[1]. Our hospital have had some experience on how to cultivate the new type of Medical sergeant talent, who have higher comprehensive quality, strong application ability.
