摘  要:护理人员职业的潜在压力早就引起了学者们的注意,而在护士所承受的各种压力中,来自护士本身、环境、护理管理者的领导方式造成的内心压力危害极大。因此,护士如何应对心理压力应受到格外重视。1压力源及相关因素个体性格差异表现为诸如争强好胜(易引发敌意或引起别人嫉妒、反感)或甘于平庸(易被人轻视),护士能否较快地适应人际环境压力显得格外重要。所谓优胜劣汰,适者生存。个体差异还表现在每个人都有不同的性格,Objective:to study the quality of nursing service mode method and the effect of reduce ward at a red light Methods;randomly selected from four departments to high quality nursing service mode,compare the quality department the satisfaction of patients before and after the nursing service mode and the rate of the red light Results;before the implementation of high quality nursing service mode of nursing attitude and satisfaction of nursing mode,respectively,78.3%、68.6%,the high quality nursing service mode,satisfaction scores,respectively,91.7%,93.7%.Department before and after the red light rate of 78.25%,33.75%respectively.Patients after implementing the quality of nursing service satisfaction rate of red light and department have got obvious improvement,(P< 0.05) difference is statistically significant Conclusion:the quality of nursing service mode can effectively decrease the rate of ward at a red light,but also can improve the patients to the hospital nursing work satisfaction.
