摘　　要：目的：袖珍氧气治疗仪通过全程地氧疗使呼吸衰竭及缺血性心脑血管病达到按需给氧的目的,最终为治疗赢得时间。方法：对Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭及缺血性心脑血管病应用单纯氧疗及O2和自身CO2的混合气体;对COPD使用负压通气模式（负压5~10cm H2O）。结果：混合氧治疗心绞痛,数分钟显效;负压通气对COPD的疗效确切,血氧明显改善,无不良反应。结论：本氧疗仪功能齐全,疗效确切、便捷、价廉、实用,具有较高地应用推广价值。The pocket oxygen therapy apparatus through the entire oxygen cure to respiratory failure and ischemic cardiocerebrovascular disease to achieve the objective of the demand for oxygen, eventually win the time for etiological treatment. Method： Application of pure oxygen therapy and the mixture of O2 and CO2 gas（hereinafter referred to as mixed oxygen） for type of Ⅰ respiratory failure and ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases; Using negative pressure ventilation mode with COPD（negative pressure 5-10 cm H2O）.Result： The mixed oxygen treatment of angina pectoris, in several minutes takes effect; The negative pressure ventilation in COPD has curative effects, and the blood oxygen is significantly improved, with no bad reaction. Conclusion： The pocket oxygen therapy instrument function is complete, curative effect, convenient, inexpensive and practical, and it has a high popularization value.
