摘　　要：随着计算机网络的不断发展，高校数字化校园的建设深入推进，信息系统在校园的教学，管理，科研中发挥着重要的作用。人事管理工作也必须实现信息化。文章分析了信息化的必要性，探讨了人事管理信息化建设的内容和措施。With the development of computer networks, Digital Campus of construction further, information systems teaching, management, scientific research plays an important role in the campus. Personnel management must be based on information technology. This paper analyzes the necessity of information technology, to explore the information technology content and mea- sures.
