摘 要:台风灾害的评估信息是对防台减灾工作关键的决策辅助信息。本文以台风气象数据和灾害历史数据为基础,设计和开发了广东台风灾害评估系统。系统包含台风灾害评估、台风路径查询、历史台风灾害数据查询与分析三个功能模块。其中台风路径查询基于百度地图产API接口开发,台风灾害评估系统基于由GA-Elman神经网络、支持向量回归机(SVR)和广义回归神经网络(GRNN)3种模型组合而成的组合模型,评估结果更加稳定、精确,可以为防台减灾工作提供决策信息。Information of typhoon disaster assessment is critical decision support information for disaster reduction. This paper in- troduces the design and development of an new Guangdong typhoon disaster assessment system, based on the typhoon disaster meteorological data and historical disaster data. The SYstem contains three functional modules, including typhoon disaster assess- ment, typhoon path query, historical data query and analysis typhoon. The typhoon path query based Baidu Maps API interfaces development capacity. Typhoon disaster assessment system based on three- model- combination; the three- model- combination are combined by GA-Elman neural networks, support vector regression (SVR), and generalized regression neural network (GRNN). Assessment results are more stable, accurate, can provide decision-making information for the typhoon disaster reduc- tion.
