塔柱状高位纵缝加肛门重建术治疗Ⅲ度直肠脱垂32例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨塔柱状高位纵缝加肛门重建术治疗Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法采用塔柱状高位纵缝、消痔灵注射、肛门括约肌重建及肛门环缩术治疗Ⅲ度直肠脱垂32例,观察其术后疗效并跟踪随访6个月至4年。结果 4例失访,21例痊愈,5例显效,2例一年半后复发,总有效率93.8%,均无严重并发症出现。结论塔柱状高位纵缝、消痔灵注射、肛门括约肌重建及肛门环缩术治疗Ⅲ度直肠脱垂,疗效确切,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To research the clinical effect of the high tower shaped longitudinal seam with anal reconstruction in the treatment of Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse. Methods Though the high tower shaped longi- tudinal seam, injection Xiaozhiling, anal sphincter reconstruction and anus ring constriction for Ⅲ degree of rectal prolapse in 32 cases, observe the postoperative curative effect and followed up closely for 6 months to 4 years. Results Four were loss to follow-up 21 cases were cured, 5 cases have obvious effective, 2 cases had recurrence after a year and a half, the total effective rate was 93. 8%,there have no serious complications occurred. Conclusion The upper tower shaped longitudinal seam, injection Xiaozhiling, anal sphincter reconstruction and anus ring constriction for Ⅲ degress of rectal prolapse, it have definite cura- tive effect, less complications, it is worth to extend.
