摘　　要：当前的世界秩序是第二次世界大战的产物,它是历史上人类秩序的传承,同样包含了权力结构、制度创新和国际规范,联合国是这三要素的结合。第二次世界大战后的世界秩序一直处于变迁中,其最鲜明的特色就是从权力政治走向权利政治,联合国是这一历程的活动平台、成果体现,同时也是这一变迁的重要推动者。世界秩序的深层结构终究还是规范的结构,《联合国宪章》是推动世界秩序外化和进化的动力源。The contemporary world order is the consequence of World War Ⅱ.It comprises power structure,institutional innovation,and international norms,which the UN has integrated.The post-World War Ⅱ world order has been in constant change from power politics to rights politics since1945.The UN has been a platform and facilitated the evolution.World order is the international norms per se.The Charter of the United Nations promotes the externalization and the evolution of world order.
