临床护理路径在妇产科手术患者围术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨临床护理路径在妇产科手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1~12月我院收治的60例妇产科手术患者为对照组,实施常规护理;选取2014年1~12月收治的60例妇产科手术患者为观察组,实施临床护理路径。结果：观察组患者肠功能恢复、下床活动及住院时间均明显短于对照组患者,健康知识知晓率、基本技能掌握率与医疗行为依从率均明显高于对照组患者,护理服务满意度明显高于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在妇产科手术患者围术期护理中应用临床护理路径,可促进患者的术后康复,提高健康教育工作的效果和护理服务的满意度。Objective：To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on the operation patients of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods：60patients who were carried out operation of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from January to December,2013 were served as control group,performing the routine nursing service.Other 60 patients who were carried out operation of gynecology and obstetrics from January to December,2014 were served as observation group,performing clinical nursing pathway.Results：The recovery of intestinal function,the activity of getting out of bed and hospitalization time in observation group were obviously shorter than that of control group.The incidence of health knowledge,basic skill and medical behavior in observation group were obviously higher than that of control group,so as to the satisfactory degree of nursing service.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using clinical nursing pathway on the operation patients of gynecology and obstetrics may improve post operation recovery of patients,improve the effect of health education and satisfactory degree of nursing service.
