摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定头痛灵胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Venusil XBP C18（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液（14∶86）为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温25℃,检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷在0.172 34~1.723 4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=1）,平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为0.9。结论该方法操作易行、结果可靠、重复性好,可用于头痛灵胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Toutongling capsules by HPLC.METHODS HPLC was performed on a Venusil XBP C18column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphate（ 14 ∶ 86）,and flow rate was 1. 0 m L/min,column temperature 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 230 nm.RESULTS The paeoniflorin had a good linearity in the ranges of 0.172 34- 1.723 4 μg（ r = 1）. The average recovery was 101.8%with RSD = 0.9%.CONCLUSION The method is for the determination of easy operation,reliable results,and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Toutongling capsules.
