摘  要:目的优选根痛合剂中葛根素的水回流提取工艺条件。方法以君药葛根中有效成分葛根素的提取量和干膏得率,作为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定葛根素的含量,优选其正交试验提取条件。结果优选工艺为加6倍水浸泡0.2 h,提取2次,每次2 h。结论优选工艺所得葛根素含量较高,干膏得率较高,综合评分较高,工艺稳定可行。OBJECTIVE To optimize the water flow extraction conditions of puerarin in Gentong mixture. METHODS The extraction content of puerarin( the effective components of Radix) and the yield of dry extract were used as the indexes. The high performance liquid chromatography method was used for determination of the content of puerarin,and the orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the extraction condition.RESULTS Optimized process was adding 6 times water,soaking 0.2 h,extracting for 2times,and each time for 2 h.CONCLUSION Puerarin content is higher by the optimum process; the yield of dry extract is higher and comprehensive score is higher. The process is stable and feasible.
