辨证分型治疗痹证320例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型治疗痹证疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,320例门诊患者辨证分型治疗,行痹-防风汤,着痹-薏苡仁汤,痛痹-乌头汤,风湿热痹-白虎桂枝汤,水煎600m L,1剂/d,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、关节功能、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈172例,显效88例,有效41例,无效19例,总有效率94.00%。[结论]辨证分型治疗痹证,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Purpose]Dialectic classification pollomyelitis curative effect observation.[Methods]Use a forward-looking design method,320 cases of outpatients dialectical classitication treatment,migratory arthralgia a wind of soup,the certification of a semen coicis soup,Pain bi monkshood soup,rheumatic fever bia white tiger guizhi soup 1agent/d,water frying 600 m L,day and night eat it two times,consecutive 7 days of treatment for a peniod of treatment,observation of clincal symptoms,Joint function,adverse reactions,continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Result]Cure 172 cases,88 cases were markedly effctive,effctive 41 cases,19 cases ineffective,the total effctive rate was 94.00%.[Conclusion]Dialectical classification treatment of poliomyelitis,curative effectis satisied,no serions adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
