清胃散治疗复发性口腔溃疡随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清胃散治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将142例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组71例思密达,温水漱口,棉签蘸取适量思密达药粉涂抹于患处,按压20s,30min内暂不进食、饮水,3次/d。治疗组71例清胃散(甘草、白术各12g,黄芩、升麻、牡丹皮各15g,玄参、生地黄、黄连20g;胃阴虚与心脾热盛加淡竹叶、黄精各15g;脾胃虚弱加山药、陈皮各15g,党参20g),1剂/d,水煎600m L,早中晚餐后口服,300m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面积、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈38例,有效29例,无效4例,总有效率94.37%。对照组痊愈21例,有效33例,无效17例,总有效率76.06%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]清胃散治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the effect of Qingwei casual treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,142 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.71 cases in the control group Smecta,gargle with warm water,cotton swabs dipped into the amount of Smecta powder applied to the affected area,pressing 20 s,within 30 min temporarily eating,drinking,3 times/d.The treatment group 71 cases Qingwei Powder（Gancao,Baizhu 12 g,Huangqin,Shengma,Mudan 15 g,Xuanshen,Shengdihuang,Huanglian 20g;stomach yin and Heart Heat plus Danzhuye,Huangjing each 15g;spleen and stomach Shanyao 15 g,Chenpi 15 g,Dangshen 20g）,1 ji/d,decoction 600 m L,after breakfast,dinner oral,300 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,ulcer area,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 38 cases,effective 29 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 94.37%.The control group recovered 21 cases,effective 33 cases,ineffective in 17 cases,the total efficiency of 76.06%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Qingweisan treatment of oral ulcer recurrence satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
