摘　　要：心脉病证为临床常见病、多发病,临床思维辨证方法繁多,各具特色。辨病基础上分型辨证,辨病基础上辨方证,辨体质、辨病、辨证相结合,专病专方与辨证施治相结合,均体现中医临床思维中辨病与辨证相结合的重要性。脏腑辨证是中医理论体系"以五脏为核心"学术思想的体现;标本虚实辨证体现了疾病发展过程中正虚与邪实的矛盾关系;卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证虽来源于温病辨证方法,对心脉病证也具有重要意义。中医辨证思路具有复杂性和殊途同归性,辨证方法复杂多样,目标相同,运用时也可互通互化,如同武术招式、门派纷繁复杂,每种招式各具特色,只有掌握多种拳法,灵活选取,才能出奇制胜。全面掌握不同种类辨证方法,发挥中医多种临床思维优势,才能拓宽临床诊疗思路,提高疗效。Heart disease of arteries and veins is a common and frequently encountered disease in the clinic.Clinical thinking dialectical method is various,with its own characteristics.Disease classification based on syndrome differentiation,syndrome differentiation on the basis of disease,combination of physical disease、syndrome differentiation and constitution,combination particular formula to each disease with dialectical therapy,all of which indicate the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation in TCM clinical thinking is very important.Syndrome differentiation of Zangfu viscera is the theory—＂the five internal organs as the core＂ in TCM theoretical framework.incidental and fundamental,deficiency and excess disease classification indicates the contradictory relationship between deficinency and excess during disease.Wei,Qi,Yin and blood differentiation,tripple energizer differentiation are both part of disease classification of febrile disease,which can help a lot when treating heart disease of arteries and veins.Dialectical way of Thinking in TCM is very complicated and different,but all of them have the same goal.It also can be,exchanged each other,when using.Like martial arts,each master has its own characteristics.Only to master a variety of techniques,can we solve the problems.Only we master all kinds of syndrome differentiation method,can we give full play to the advantages of a variety of clinical,broaden the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking way of TCM,and eventually improve therapeutic effects
