摘　　要：伏邪学说源于《内经》,凡感受邪气,未立即发病,潜藏体内,因感受六淫之邪、七情过激、饮食失节、劳逸失凋等因素触动发作,皆可认为是伏邪致病;有四个特征,"动态时空""隐匿""自我积聚"和"潜证导向",相互依赖、不可分割,尤以"隐匿"最为根本,是伏邪最本质特征,是导致临床资料难以收集的根本原因;"潜证导向"也是隐匿特征所决定;"动态时空""自我积聚"是在"隐匿"基础上的动态变化过程;伏而未发、伏而欲发、伏而已发之未病、欲病、已病三个阶段。清代是温病学发展鼎盛时期,新感温病和伏气温病逐渐形成温病发病两大类型。冠心病前期多隐匿,从出现动脉粥样硬化到胸闷胸痛典型症状过程漫长,邪毒伏于心脉,复受外邪、烦劳等因素诱发;早期虽无症状,致病之邪已潜伏于内,俟机而动,此时需着手解决驱逐伏邪,做到早预防、早治疗、早诊断。伏邪贯穿于冠心病整个病理过程,治疗抓住"伏邪"显得尤为重要。未病先防,既病防变,既强调正气御邪作用,又重视避免直接接触病邪;把握伏邪致病特点,遵循伏邪入络的致病规律,益气化瘀、豁痰通络为主要治则;引入"伏邪为害"理论,总结出"以通为主,祛除伏痰、伏瘀以救心"的治疗法则。Fuxie theory originated from the ＂Nei Jing＂,any feelings of evil,not immediately hidden disease,in vivo,because of the feelings of six exopathogens,seven emotions,improper diet,and excessive loss withered factors such as touch attack,can be considered as foxier pathogenic;there are four characteristics, ＂d ynamic＂, ＂hidden＂, ＂self accumulation＂ and ＂hidden credit oriented＂,interdependent,indivisible,especially the ＂hidden＂ Fuxie is the most fundamental,the most essential characteristic,is the root cause of clinical data is difficult to collect; ＂decided visa oriented＂ is also hidden features; ＂dynamic space-time＂, ＂self accumulation＂ in the ＂hidden＂ on the basis of the dynamic process;V without hair,for hair,V and v.The disease,to disease,disease has three stages.The Qing Dynasty is the heyday of the new development of epidemic febrile disease,epidemic febrile disease and epidemic febrile diseases are gradually formed two types of seasonal febrile diseases.Prophase coronary heart disease more insidious,from atherosclerosis to chest pain typical symptom is a lengthy process,toxin volts in heart meridian,complex by evils and troubles of predisposing factors;early although do not have a symptom,pathogenic evil has the potential to,wait for an opportunity in the wings,this time to tackle the expulsion of Fuxie,so that early prevention,early treatment,early diagnosis.It is very important to treat the disease in the whole process of the coronary heart disease.Not to prevent disease,prevention,emphasizing the importance of righteousness to resist evil role,and the importance of to avoid direct contact with the pathogen;grasp the foxier pathogenic characteristics,follow V evil into the pathogenic regularity of collateral,supplementing qi and removing blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and dredging collaterals as the main rule is;introducing the theory of ＂Fu Xie damaged＂,summed up ＂the pass of the main,dispel phlegm,Fu Yu to save the heart＂ the rule of treatment.
