射干麻黄汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察射干麻黄汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组;禁食生冷、刺激、油炸及海鲜等食品。对照组60例信必可,1吸/次,2次/d;舒利迭,1吸/次,2次/d。治疗组60例射干麻黄汤(麻黄、五味子、蝉蜕各5g,全蝎、细辛各3g,僵蚕、射干、款冬花、半夏各10g,甘草6g;咳痰稀薄且泡沫居多、舌苔白滑、脉弦紧加桂枝、白芥子、干姜;喉中痰鸣音较大、喘气粗、痰色黄加苏子、桑白皮、瓜蒌、黄芩;鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕、咽、耳、鼻发痒加防风、荆芥、辛夷),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心率指标、呼吸指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效39例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效26例,有效12例,无效22例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。心率、呼吸指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]射干麻黄汤联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Sheganmahuang soup combined with Western treatment of bronchial asthma treatment.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,120 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Fasting cold,stimulation,and deep-fried seafood and other foods.The control group 60 cases budesonide inhaler,0.2g/times,2 times/d;theophylline,0.2g/times,2 times/d.Treatment group,60 patients Sheganmahuang soup（Mahuang,Wuweizi,Chantui 5g,Quanxie,Xixin 3g,Jiangchan,Shegan,Kuandonghua,Banxia 10 g,Gancao 6g,sputum thin and mostly foam,tongue white slip,pulse string tight Guizhi,Baijiezi,Ganjiang;throat phlegm sound large,coarse breathing,sputum color white or yellow Su zi,Sangbaipi,Gualou,Huangqin;no tendency to cold and heat,accompanied by nasal congestion,sneezing,runny nose,throat,ears,nose itch plus Fangfeng,Jingjie,Xinyi）;a/d,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,heart rate indicators,breathing indicators,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 39 cases,effective in 19 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.67%.The control group 26 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,22 cases,the total efficiency of 63.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.01）.Heart rate,respiratory index improved in both groups（P0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Sheganmahuang soup combined with Western medicine treatment of bronchial asthma in satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
