摘 要:研究了压缩天然气(CNG)常规站加气高峰期间第2台压缩机的最佳启动时机及充气效果。通过Hysys软件构建了CNG常规站工艺流程计算模型,并根据加气站规模和运营环境设定模型的边界条件和初始条件,对加气站工艺流程进行了动态模拟,分别得到了加气站全天及高峰加气期间压缩机的能耗、运行时间、启动次数等数据。根据压缩机的加气量和能耗提出了1个新评价参数——单位能耗加气量(QPEC),来表征不同加气工况压缩机的运行经济性。This paper studies the optimum start timing and gas-filling efficiency of the second compressor in the busy filling time at the conventional fueling station of compressed natural gas(CNG).By using HYSYS software,the technological process models of CNG conventional fueling station are built.And according to the scale and operating environment of gas stations,the boundary and initial conditions of the model are set.Dynamic simulations of the technological process of the gas stations are conducted and some key statistical variables about the compressors are obtained covering energy consumption,operating time,and start-up/shutdown times of the compressors in fueling peak time and in a whole day.Based on the filling quantity and energy consumption of compressors,a new evaluation parameter QPEC is defined to indicate gas filling quantity per unit ofenergy consumption of compressors in different gas-filling conditions.
