摘 要:综采工作面的粉尘防治一直是煤矿安全工作的重点和难题之一。结合双鸭山矿区东荣矿综采工作面的实际状况,分别对煤层高压注水减尘机理、高压喷雾降尘机理及其影响因素进行了分析;通过煤层高压注水数值模拟反演实验,确定综采工作面煤层高压注水减尘的最佳参数;运用高压喷雾降尘效率模型数值模拟方法确定综采工作面高压喷雾降尘的最佳参数。东荣二矿、三矿煤层高压注水联合高压喷雾联合降尘技术应用效果表明,通过联合降尘措施,全尘总降尘率均达到了93.3%~94.8%,呼吸性粉尘总降尘率达到了92.7%~94.0%。The dust of fully mechanized coal face prevention and control has always been one of the key and difficult problems of coal mine safety work. Combining with the actual status of the fully mechanized coal face in Shuangyashan Dongrong Mining, respectively analyzed the coal seam high pressure water injection to reduce dust mechanism, the mechanism of high pressure spray dust and its influencing factors. To determine the best parameters of coal seam high pressure water injection of fully mechanized coal face by coal seam high pressure water injection numerical simulation. We can establish high-pressure spray dust efficiency model and use numerical simulation to determine the fully mechanized coal face pressure spray optimal parameters. The technology of secondary combined dust suppression of coal seam high pressure water injection can be used in the second and the third coal mine of Dongrong. And the application effect shows that: By secondary dust suppression, the total dust rate of all dust reached 93.3%-94.8%, and the total dust rate of respirable dust reached 92.7%-94.0%.
