摘 要:以钠基膨润土为载体柱撑改性制备出铁钛双柱撑膨润土催化剂,结合TGA,XRD与BET表征分析表明,改性后产品比表面积显著提高,活性中心是α-Fe_2O_3、锐钛矿型TiO_2与金红石型TiO_2。以活性黑KNB为目标污染物,考察了在非均相Fenton体系与非均相UV-Fenton体系下pH、温度、催化剂用量以及H_2O_2浓度对其降解的影响,结果表明,铁钛双柱撑膨润土在较宽的p H范围内具有良好的催化效果,UV光对催化效果有明显促进作用,催化剂具有良好的重复利用性能。Fe-Ti-pillared bentonitewas prepared through pillaring modification by using Na-bentonite. The results showed that specific surface area increase significantly through pillared modification, active center is alpha Fe2O3, anatase phase TiO2 and rutile structure of TiO2 by TGA, XRD and BET characterization analysis. The effects of initial pH, temperature, catalyst amount, and H2O2 concentration on heterogeneous Fenton system and heterogeneous UV- Fenton system degradation of KNB were investigated in detail. The results showed Fe-Ti-pillared bentonite has good catalytic effect in a wide pH range, UV light have obvious promoting effect on heterogeneous Fenton system, the catalysts also can be recycle used.
