海水氨氮分析方法应用问题探讨

摘　　要：针对近岸海域水质氨测定国家标准方法中的次溴酸盐氧化法的各个环节,如样品保存及处理、实验用水、实验环境条件、实验空白的含义、不同方法比较等方面进行探讨。并结合实际工作经验加以总结供分析人员参考。The paper aims to discuss all the parts of hypobromite oxidation method in the national methods of nitrogen testing of the water quality offshore field, such as the sample storage and disposal, water for testing, experimental environmental conditions, the meaning of experimental blank, and the comparison between different methods. Combining with practical experience, summarizes some conclusions for reference.
