摘  要:在一维光子晶体中,复合左右手材料构造了特殊的光量子阱(NANB)m-(NBNANCNANB)n-(NBNA)m和(NANB)m-(NCNBNANANBNC)n-(NBNA)m,取介质NA、NB为右手材料,介质NC的折射率分别为1.48、-1.48和1.7、-1.7,阱层光子晶体的周期数n=1-4,对光量子阱构造机理和透射谱特性进行分析.研究结果表明:阱层光子晶体的周期数对复合左右手材料光量子阱的透射谱影响显著,在介质NC为左手材料情况下的透射谱比较宽,透射谱之间的间隔比较大,对频率适用范围宽;无论介质NC为左右手材料时,在中心禁带一定频率范围内都会出现一组以中心频率左右对称的透射谱,其透射率均为100%的分立窄共振透射谱.In one-dimensional photonic crystal, composite left-handed and right-handed materials constitute special optical quantum well:(NANB)m-(NBNANCNANB)n-(NBNA)m and (NANB)m-(NCNBNANANBNC)n-(NBNA)m. Choose medium NA and NB as right-handed materials, with the refractive index of medium NC respectively being 1.48 and-1.48 as well as 1.7 and-1.7, and with the cycle number of the photonic crystal in the well layer being n=1~4, to make an analysis on the structure mechanism and transmission spectrum feature of optical quantum well. Research result shows: the cycle number of the photonic crystal in the well layer has a significant impact on the transmission spectra of the optical quantum well composed of composite left-handed and right-handed materials, and in the case when medium NC is used as left-handed material, transmission spectra are wide, the interval between transmission spectra is large, and the range of application to frequency is wide; no matter whether medium NC serves for left-handed or right-handed material, there will surely be a group of transmission spectra distributed symmetrically on the left and right sides of center frequency within a certain frequency range of the central forbidden band, with the transmittivity always being a 100-percent discrete narrow resonance transmission spectrum.
