摘  要:城市基础设施建设水平体现城市的竞争力,城市基础设施建设成为社会发展的重要研究课题。本文阐述了城市基础设施建设的重要意义,根据多因素综合评价法和特菲尔法的原理,选取了评价城市基础设施建设的典型指标,以长三角地区16个主要城市基础设施建设数据为例,得出各个城市城市基础设施发展趋势的特征,进而提出提升城市基础设施建设水平的建议,认为城市基础设施各个方面应当协调发展、紧密联系,绝不能顾此失彼,只有把经济设施、社会设施和生态设施结合在一起,才能充分带动城市的全面发展。China is currently the comprehensive development of a harmonious society period the level of urban infrastructure construction reflects the competitiveness of the city's urban infrastructure has become an important research topic for social development. This paper describes the importance of urban infrastructure construction, multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and the the Te Feier law principle, and typical indicators selected for evaluation of urban infrastructure construction, infrastructure construction data of the 16 major cities of the Yangtze River Delta region, for example obtained the characteristics of the urban infrastructure development trends in each city, and then to put forward the proposal to upgrade the level of urban infrastructure construction, that all aspects of urban infrastructure should coordinate the development of close contact, and must not trade-off, economic facilities, social facilities and ecological facilities together, in order to fully promote the comprehensive development of the city.
