超声引导下乳腺肿块粗针穿刺活检的临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析彩色多普勒超声引导下粗针穿刺活检对乳腺实性肿块鉴别诊断的的临床意义.方法：收治74例乳腺实性肿块患者,将术前超声引导下粗针穿刺病理检查与术后病理检查进行对比分析.结果：74例取材均一次成功,其中乳腺恶性肿瘤49例：侵润性癌38例,髓样癌5例,导管乳头状癌6例;良性肿瘤25例：纤维瘤和纤腺瘤19例,增生结节3例,脂肪瘤3例.与术后病理符合率为100%.结论：超声引导下粗针穿刺病理检查与术后病理符合率高,安全可靠,有助于乳腺实性肿块的鉴别诊断.Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound guided needle biopsy in differential diagnosis of breast solid masses. Methods:74 cases of breast solid masses in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2014 were analyzed. The pathological examination and pathological examination were compared with the preoperative ultrasound guided needle biopsy. Results:in 74 cases, the success rate was 49, 100% cases(66.2%) of breast cancer, 38 cases of invasive carcinoma, 5 cases of medullary carcinoma, 6 cases of papillary carcinoma, 25 cases of benign tumor, 19 cases of fibrous tumor and 33.8% cases of benign tumor, 3 cases of hyperplastic nodules, 3 cases of tumor. The coincidence rate was 100%. Conclusion:the pathological examination of coarse needle biopsy under ultrasound guidance is a safe and reliable, and it is helpful for the differential diagnosis of breast solid mass.
