常规心电图评价高血压病左室肥厚的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨常规心电图诊断高血压病左室肥厚的临床价值.方法：对312 例高血压患者行超声心动图和心电图检查,以超声心动图结果为标准,分析各心电图指标诊断的敏感性和特异性.结果：312 例高血压患者,超声诊断左室肥厚76 例,无左室肥厚236 例.左室肥厚心电图诊断Sokolow 指数的敏感性、特异性、准确性为40.8%、88.5%、76.9%,Cornell 指数的敏感性、特异性、准确性为44.7%、95.3%、83.1%.结论：常规心电图评价高血压病左室肥厚有较好的临床价值,以Cornell 指数的特异性和准确性更高.Objective:To investigate the clinical value of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension by routine electrocardiogram.Methods:In 312 cases of hypertension patients underwent echocardiography and ECG examination, by echocardiography results as the standard, analysis of the heart In index of the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis.Results: 312 cases of hypertension patients, ultrasound diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy in 76 cases, 236 cases without left ventricular hypertrophy. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ECG in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy index Sokolow 40.8%, 88.5%, 76.9%, accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of Cornell index was 44.7%, 95.3%, 83.1%.Conclusion:Left ventricular hypertrophy ECG evaluation has good clinical value, the specificity and accuracy of Cornell index higher.
