一例CT引导下经皮穿刺左肾恶性肿瘤氮气刀冷冻消融治疗患者的个案护理

摘　　要：目的寻求恶性肾肿瘤氮气刀治疗的规范化护理常规 方法：行CT 引导下经皮穿刺左肾恶性肿瘤氮气刀冷冻治疗患者1 例,其围手术期进行护理与观察,制定有效的护理常规,观察并记录护理效果.结果：术后患者病情得到有效的控制,术后并发症得到有效的缓解,安全度过围手术期,满意度高. 结论：格执行冷冻消融治疗肿瘤的护理常规,能提供患者氮气刀冷冻治疗安全有效的支持和保证.Objective to seek the standardization of the malignant renal tumors were treated with nitrogen care routine Methods： by September 2011 a routine CT guidedpercutaneous puncture of the left kidney malignant tumor patients with nitrogen knife cryotherapy, the perioperative nursing and observation, make effective cryoablation, cancer careroutine treatment, observe and record nursing effect. Results： postoperative patients get effective control, effectively relieve the postoperative complications and high safety throughperioperative patients with satisfaction. Conclusion： cryoablation therapy tumor care routine, can provide patients with nitrogen knife cryotherapy is safe and effective support andguarantee.
