浅析心肌梗死患者溶栓抗凝治疗的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的探究心肌梗死患者溶栓剂抗凝治疗的临床护理措施及护理体会.方法：选取心肌梗死患者50 例,给予溶栓抗凝治疗并进行护理干预,包括的心理护理、饮食护理等,并对患者的临床护理效果及护理满意度进行评定.结果：50 例患者的总有效率为98%,护理满意度100%,无论是总有效率与护理满意度都比较高.结论：给予心肌梗死患者护理干预,能有效提高临床护理效果及护理满意度,促进患者快速康复,提高患者舒适度、缩短治疗时间,具有较大的临床推广价值.Objective: To explore the clinical nursing measures and nursing care of patients with myocardial infarction thrombolytic anticoagulant therapy experience. Methods: 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the research object, and the patients were treated with thrombolytic therapy, and nursing intervention, including psychological nursing, diet nursing, and the clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were evaluated. Results: the total effective rate was 98% in 50 patients, 100% in nursing satisfaction, and the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction were higher. Conclusion: nursing intervention in patients with myocardial infarction can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction, promote the rapid recovery of patients, improve patient comfort, shorten the treatment time, has a greater clinical value.
