心电图检查在心房纤颤诊断中的临床价值探究

摘　　要：目的分析心电图检查在心房纤颤诊断中的临床价值.方法：选取进行心房纤颤诊断的患者70 例,采取心电图进行检查,对检查结果进行分析和对比.结果： 使用心电图检出疾病68 例,与临床证实对比,诊断结果符合率为97.1%（68/70）.其中肺心病诊断符合率为为100%,并发风湿性心脏病为92.3%,高血压性心脏病为100%,甲亢心脏病为100%（24/24）.讨论：心房纤颤患者使用心电图进行检查,临床诊断符合率高,可为下一步治疗提供正确的指导依据.Objective to analyze the clinical value of ECG in the diagnosis of atrial fibrillation. Methods： 70 cases of atrial fibrillation patients diagnosed as the research object,giving them take ECG examination, the inspection results of analysis and comparison. Results： after using ECG were detected disease in 68 patients, and clinical confirmed aftercomparing, diagnosis results are consistent with the rate of 97.1%. The pulmonary heart disease diagnosis coincidence rate is 100% and complicated by rheumatic heart disease withrate was 92.3%, hypertensive heart disease was 100%, hyperthyroidism heart disease was 100%. Discuss： for patients with atrial fibrillation and checked using ECG and clinicaldiagnosis with high rate, can provide correct basis for further treatment.
