IABP支持下心肌梗死患者介入治疗的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的对护理干预在主动脉内球囊反搏治疗心肌梗死患者中的临床效果进行分析.方法：抽取34 例做了IABP 的心肌梗死患者,随机分成研究组和对比组各17 例,对比组给予常规护理,研究组给予针对性护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较.结果：研究组总满意例数为16 例,无一例并发症,对比组13 例,堵管两例,两组数据对比差异明显（P〈0.05）.结论：对心肌梗死患者实施主动脉内球囊反搏治疗后,实施针对性护理可以有效减少术后并发症的发生,提升护理满意度,取得了良好的护理效果.objective: the nursing intervention in aortic balloon counterpulsation in the treatment of myocardial infarction patients clinical results were analyzed. Method: extract 02, 2012-08, 2015 of our hospital made of IABP in patients with myocardial infarction(mi), 34 cases randomly divided into research group and control group, two groups have 17 patients, 17 patients with control group given routine nursing care, 17 patients with the team to give corresponding nursing, nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results: the team always satisfied with the number of cases in 16 cases(94.11%), and no complications, control group total satisfaction of cases of 13 cases(76.47%), two cases of blocking pipe complications, two groups of data comparison difference obvious(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of intraaortic balloon counterpulsation in patients with myocardial infarction after treatment, and implement targeted nursing to patients, can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, further enhance the nursing of the patients satisfaction, has obtained the good effect of nursing care.
