摘　　要：目的分析2010-2014 年达州市非结核病防治医疗机构报告肺结核患者及可疑者到位情况.方法：利用2010-2014 年达州市非结核病防治医疗机构网络报告报表信息,分析肺结核患者及可疑者的转诊到位、追踪到位情况及影响因素.结果：据调查可知,转诊到位呈逐年下降趋势,追踪到位率和总体到位率逐年呈上升趋势.结论：非结核病防治医疗机构依法开展结核病诊疗转诊工作,加强非结核病防治医疗机构与结防机构医防合作.objective: analysis of 2010-2014, dazhou the TB prevention and control of medical institutions, report TB patients and suspects in place. Results: according to the survey, the referral must be balance to decline year by year, track must be balance and overall must be on the rise year by year. Conclusion: the TB prevention and control of medical institutions in accordance with the law on TB diagnosis and referral work, strengthen the TB prevention and control of medical institutions and medical prevention institutions cooperation.
