人文关怀护理在宫颈LEEP术中的应用效果与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理在宫颈LEEP 术中的应用与分析.方法：将行LEEP 术的患者106 例随机分为观察组和对照组各53 例,观察组采用人文关怀护理进行干预,对照组采用普通护理措施进行干预.结果：观察组患者术后焦虑评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理工作满意度明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：在LEEP 术围手术期对患者进行人文关怀护理,能明显降低患者的焦虑程度,提高对护理工作的满意度.Objective:to study application effects and analysis of humanistic nursing in loop electrosurgical excision procedure.Method:106 patients who accepted LEEP were divided into observation group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group with routine nursing,the observation group with humanistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Compared the differences between the two groups in self-rating anxiety scale and satisfaction of nursing. Result: The patients in the observation group,SAS was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction degree were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing in LEEP can reduce the patient's anxiety degree and enhance patient's satisfaction of nursing.
