规范化压疮管理在ICU的实践与评价

摘　　要：目的探讨适合ICU 的压疮预防和护理管理方法.方法：建立ICU 四级压疮管控体系和管理制度,制定ICU 压疮预防和护理清单.结果：规范化压疮管理取得满意结果, 2013 年与2014 年相比较,ICU 院内压疮发生率从5.94%降到2.44%,压疮评估登记率87.77%上升至99.23%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;护士对压疮报告制度和预防措施知晓率由78%上升至96%.结论：规范化压疮管理在ICU 中应用有利于降低压疮发生率和提高压疮管理质量.Objective: to study the method for pressure ulcer prevention and nursing management of ICU. Methods: to establish a level 4 pressure ulcers in the ICU control system and management system, develop ICU pressure ulcers prevention and care list. Results: the standardized management of pressure ulcers with satisfactory results, compared with 2014, 2013 ICU nosocomial from 5.94% to 2.44% incidence of pressure ulcers, pressure ulcer assessment registration rates increased from 87.77% to 87.77%, the more similar between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Nurses awareness and prevention measures for pressure ulcers report system from 78% to 96%. Conclusion: the standardized management of pressure ulcers in the ICU application is beneficial to reduce the incidence of pressure sores and improve the quality of pressure ulcer management.
