摘　　要：目的建立手术仪器标准化管理流程,提升安全使用效果.方法：设定标准化手术仪器管理目标,设计并实施标准化手术仪器管理流程,比较标准流程管理前后手术仪器完好率、每年维修费用和手术护士对手术仪器设备知识、操作技能的掌握合格率.结果：标准化管理后手术仪器完好率95.4%高于管理前85.7%,每年平均维修费用由24.6 万元降至9.2 万元,手术室护士对手术仪器相关知识掌握合格率由66.6%提升至90.0%,操作技能掌握合格率为94.1%高于标准化管理前76.1%.结论：实施手术仪器准化管理对提升仪器有效利用,保证病人安全有重要作用.Objective:Establish standardized management procedure for surgical instruments and improve the safety of the operation. Method:Set the standard surgical instrument management objectives, design and implementation of standard surgical instrument management process, standard process management before and after surgical instrument intact rate, the annual maintenance cost and nurse of surgical instruments and equipment knowledge and skills to master the qualified rate.Result:Standardized management after surgical instrument intact rate of 95.4% higher than the management of the former was 85.7%, the average annual maintenance costs by 24.6 million yuan fell to 9.2 million yuan, operating room nurses in surgical instrument related knowledge master qualified rate by 66.6% up to 90%, operating skills master qualified rate was 94.1% higher than the standard management of 76.1%.Conclusion:The implementation of the management of surgical instruments is important for improving the effective utilization of the instrument and ensuring the safety of the patients.
