摘　　要：目的探讨外来医疗器械在消毒供应中心细节管理的应用效果,杜绝医院感染发生.方法：将所有外来医疗器械集中到消毒供应中心,由专业人员进行规范处理,建立一整套回收清点、洗涤消毒、包装灭菌、监测发放、质量追溯登记、用后处理等流程制度.结果：器械清洗质量明显提高达99.55%、器械损坏下降仅0.72%、手术科室满意度提高达98.83%,无医院感染发生.结论：娴熟而专业的业务技能和细节管理措施的有效落实,是保证外来医疗器械安全使用的关键.Objective:To explore the application effect of external medical device in detail management of sterilization and supply center, To prevent the occurrence of hospital infection.Methods:From 2013 onwards will be all the external medical device to the sterilization and supply center, Were standardized by professionals, The establishment of a set of recycling inventory、Wash and disinfect、Packaging sterilization、Monitoring of payment、Quality traceability of registration、After treatment process system.Results The cleaning quality of the instruments was significantly increased by 99.55%、Equipment damage decreased only 0.72%、Operation Department satisfaction reached 98.83%, Without the occurrence of hospital infection. Conclusion Skilled and effective implementation of professional business skills and management measures, Is the key to ensure the safe use of foreign medical equipment.
