探讨心理干预对消毒供应室护士心理健康的作用

摘　　要：目的探究心理干预对消毒供应室护士心理健康的作用,总结护理经验.方法：选取我院消毒供应室的30 例护士进行研究,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组不给予心理干预,观察组给予心理干预,比较分析两组护士的心理健康水平.结果：观察组总有效率为100%,对照组为66.67%,差异有统计学意义（X^2=17.5349,P〈0.05）.结论：给予消毒供应室的护士心理干预,能有效提高护士的心理健康水平,提高临床效果,具有较高的推广价值.Objective: to explore the psychological intervention, the function of disinfection supply room nurses mental health nursing experience were summarized. Methods: choose 30 cases of disinfection supply room in our nurses, according to the different method of nursing, it were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group not given psychological intervention, observation group was given psychological intervention, the comparative analysis of two groups of nurses' mental health. Results: the total effective rate was 100%, observing group, control group was 66.67%, the difference was statistically significant(X squared = 17.5349, P < 0.05). Conclusion: give disinfection supply room nurses psychological intervention, can effectively improve the mental health level of nurses, improve the clinical effect, is of high popularization value.
