牙周炎治疗中护理干预的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的对护理干预应用在牙周炎治疗中的临床效果进行探讨.方法：将70 例牙周炎患者随机分为对照组（35 例,行常规护理）和观察组（35 例,行综合护理干预）.结果：对照组总有效率68.57%,明显低于观察组的91.43%（P〈0.05）.同时,两组患者的PLI、SBI、PD、GI 和AL 等指标均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：应用护理干预可以明显提高牙周炎治疗效果,具有临床应用价值.Objective: application of nursing intervention in clinical effect in the treatment of periodontitis were discussed. Methods:70 cases were divided into the control group(35 cases, conventional nursing) and observation group(35 cases, lines of comprehensive nursing intervention). Results: the control group a total of 24 cases(68.57%) to achieve effective and above standard treatment,;observation group with 32 cases(91.43%),higher than zhe control group(P<0.05). At the same time, compared with before treatment, two groups of patients with PLI SBI, PD, GI and AL were significantly improved, and the observation group is better than the control group.(P<0.05). Conclusion: the application in the treatment of patients with periodontitis nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect, promote disease recovery, clinical effect is remarkable, have clinical application value.
