摘　　要：目的分析和探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者和OSAHS 相关高血压（OSAHAHT） 患者血清中氧化低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）及铜锌超氧化物歧化酶（CuZnSOD） 水平之间的相互联系.方法：选取100 例OSAHS 患者作为研究对象,并抽取100 例健康患者作为对照组研究对象,分布应用不同的检测方法测定两组患者血清中的抽ox-LDL 和CuZnSOD 水平,分析两组指标和睡眠指标直接的相互联系.结果：-经过统计分析发现,OSAHS 及OSAHAHT 两组患者其ox-LDL 浓度水平均明显高于对照组,而CuZnSOD 浓度水平则明显低于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;OSAHS 及OSAHAHT 组患者血清中ox-LDL、CuZnSOD 水平与患者睡眠呼吸暂停严重程度的指标之间存在相关联系（P〈0.05）.结论：OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者其ox-LDL和uZnSOD水平会发生-定的改变且伴有氧化应激反应,血清中ox-LDL和uZnSOD水平能够在-定程度上反应患者病情严重程度.Objective: To reduce obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea like to mention syndrome(OSAHS) patients with adverse events while improving treatment, analysis and discussion of OSAHS and OSAHS patients with hypertension associated serum(OSAHAHT) in patients with low oxidation density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) and copper-zinc superoxide dismutase(Cu Zn SOD) interlinkages between levels. Methods: According to random number table of 100 cases in January 2013 to January 2014 to OSAHS patients in our hospital as the research object, and draw the same period of treatment of 100 cases of healthy patients as a control group study, distribution application of different detection method for the determination of serum drawn two ox-LDL and CuZnSOD level, analyze two sets of metrics and indicators of sleep a direct correlation. Results: After statistical analysis, OSAHS and OSAHAHT two groups of patients whose ox-LDL concentrations were significantly higher, while Cu Zn SOD levels significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01); Contact correlated(P <0.05) and serum OSAHAHT between OSAHS group ox-LDL, CuZnSOD levels in patients with sleep apnea severity index. Conclusion: OSAHS patients and OSAHAHT their ox-LDL levels and uZnSOD certain changes occur and accompanied oxidative stress, serum levels of ox-LDL and u Zn SOD severity of patients can react to a certain extent.
