摘　　要：我国特大城市金融业状况是区域经济发展的一个重要问题。腹地金融业发展滞后、区域联动不足、人才分布不均等,成为制约我国特大城市金融业发展与金融辐射效应提升的关键因素。在借鉴国际金融中心发展经验的基础上,本文提出了加快腹地金融业发展、深化区域金融合作、加强金融人才流动等政策建议。financial industry development of metropolises has become an important problem for the regional economic development. Based on the studies of the present situation and the international comparison of financial development in metropolises, it is found that the lagging financial development, insufficient regional connectivity, unequal distribution of talents have become the key factors of restricting financial development of Chinese metropolises. Some effective suggestions are put forward such as speeding up the financial industry development, deepening regional financial cooperation and strengthening financial talent flow.
