摘　　要：目的了解杭州市男性不育的影响因素。方法 201份精液样本均来自2014年7月-2015年7月来医院就诊的患者,所有精液标本被进行精液常规分析。结果 201例患者精液标本中,各项检查均未发现异常的为21.9%(44/201),78.1%(157/201)的标本有一项或多项指标异常。在所有的异常指标中,精液液化不良的百分比最高,为29.85%(60/201)。结论在精液常规检查项目中,精液液化不良是影响杭州市男性精液质量的主要因素。Objective： To explore the influencing factors of male infertility in Hangzhou city.Methods： 201 semen samples were collected at the Third People＇s Hospital of Hangzhou from July 2014 to July 2015 and conventional parameters of 201 semen samples were analyzed. Results： In the 201 semen samples, 21.9% （44/201） were not found abnormal in all the routine examinations, while 78.1% （ 157/201 ） of the specimens have one or more indicators of anomaly. Of all abnormal semen parameters. Percentage of semen liquefaction abnormality was the highest, was 29.85% （60/201） . Conclusion： In the routine examination of semen, poor semen liquefaction was the main factors to decrease the quality of semen in Hangzhou city.
