摘  要:本研究通过运用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy 3种典型的非线性生长模型对70日龄扬州鹅Y×Y(扬州鹅♂×扬州鹅早)及杂交后代L×Y(罗曼鹅♂×扬州鹅早)、K×Y(卡洛斯♂×扬州鹅早)和Z×Y(浙东白鹅♂×扬州鹅早)的生长曲线进行了拟合和比较分析。结果表明:3种模型均能较好地拟合各其生长曲线(R^2>0.99),同时进行适合性χ~2检验,对比发现Gompertz模型为最优模型(χ~2<χ_(0.05)~2=11.07,df=5);其他拟合参数估计值表明,杂交组合(L×Y、K×Y和Z×Y)拐点周龄(InB)/k小于对照组Y×Y组合,而拐点体重A/e和最大周增重kw均大于对照组Y×Y组合,说明通过杂交对扬州鹅具有一定的改良效果。本研究结果为及时掌握扬州鹅及杂交后代的生长发育规律提供了参考。By using three kinds of nonlinear model of Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertallanffy,Yang Zhou geeseY×Y(Y♂×Y♀) and its 70-day-old crossbred combination geese LxY(L♂×Y♀),K×Y(K♂×Y♀) and Z×Y(Z♂×Y♀)were fitted and comparatively analysed in terms of body weight.The results showed that fitness of the three models were all above 0.99,and could well fit the process of growth.The chi-square test indicated that the Gompertz model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves(x^2〈X^2_(0.05)=11.07,df=5).Other parameters showed that L×Y,K×Y and Z×Y groups in(InB)/k were less than Y×Y group,and Y×Y group in A/e and kw was less than its cross combinations.The research provided a reference for the growth developmental mechanism of Yangzhou geese and its crossbred combinations natural breed and its parental lines.
