河南省直公务员生存质量现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨河南省直公务员生存质量现状,分析其影响因素。方法随机抽取河南省直单位的1363名公务员,采用国际通用的SF-36健康调查量表对其生存质量进行问卷调查。结果 （1）SF-36用于评价河南省直公务员生存质量有较好的信度与效度;（2）男女公务员在生理和心理健康方面的差异程度很小;（3）20-30岁组在生理健康方面得分最高,51-60岁组心理健康方面得分较高。（4）自身健康状况的衡量和主观感觉与职位阶层相关,厅局级是健康自评最佳的群体,职务较低的科级与其差异显著。（5）司法行业公务员生存质量堪忧,同其他单位类型公务员差异显著。结论河南省直公务员生存质量受年龄、职务级别、单位类型等社会学因素影响。Objective To study the status of resident life quality and influencing factors in Henan provincial civil servant. Methods Adopted international brief SF-36 health questionnaire was used to extract 1363 civil servants from 13 units of Henan Province and we conducted a questionnaire on their life quality. Results（1） There was a good reliability and validity to use SF-36 for the evaluation on life quality of Henan provincial civil servants.（2） There were small differences in physical and mental health between man and woman.（3） Group aged of 20-30 scored highest on physical health, and group aged of 51-60 scored higher on mental health.（4） Self-rated health evaluation and subjective feeling was related with the position and level. Target of Bureau department had the best self-rated health. In contrast the lower level reflected a significant difference.（5） Compared with other sections, justice department reflected a significant difference and their life quality was very poor. Conclusion The life quality of Henan provincial civil servants attributes to their age, position, unit type and other sociological factors.
