摘  要:目的建立磷酸氢铈(CeP)一维纳米吸附剂预富集-火焰原子吸收法测定水体中痕量铅的新方法。方法用10 mg CeP对pH为2-9的200 ml水样中的Pb^2+吸附富集30 min,抽滤后再用4.00 ml 2mol/L的硝酸溶液解吸60 min,用火焰原子吸收法测定解吸液中的Pb^2+。结果该方法测定Pb^2+的线性范围为10-400μg/L,回归方程为y=0.0011x+0.0043,线性相关系数r〉0.999,检出限为1.14μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.12%(n=9,80μg/L),加标回收率为99.8%-107.5%。结论本方法线性范围宽,灵敏度高,准确度和精密度良好,操作条件简单,测定成本低,可应用于环境水样中痕量铅的测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace lead in environmental water by CeP preconcentration combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods 10 mg CeP was used to adsorb Pb2+for 30 min in 200 mL water sample, with the pH range of 2 to 9. Then Pb2+adsorbed on CeP was desorbed by 2 mol/L nitric acid for 60 min and detected by FAAS. Results The limit of detection for Pb2+was 1.14 μg/L. The linear range of the determination was 10 - 400 μg/L with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.999. The precision was 1.12%(n = 9, 80 μg/L), and the recovery rates were 99.8% - 107.5%.Conclusion The method is selective, sensitive, accurate, reliable and feasible for the determination of trace lead in environmental water samples.
