摘  要:目的优选家蝇幼虫蝇油的提取条件,研究蛆油的抗衰老作用和体外抑菌的效果。方法设计正交试验优选出家蝇幼虫蝇油的提取工艺;通过皮下注射D-半乳糖和紫外灯照射小鼠背部皮肤造成皮肤亚急性衰老模型,同时设空白、阳性对照和模型组,检测皮肤组织中丙二醛(MDA)和SOD的变化;研究蝇油的体外抗菌效果。结果蝇油的最优提取工艺为:70℃提取2.5 h,料液比为10∶1;蝇油有较好的抗衰老作用,并对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌均有一定的抑菌效果。结论超声联合浸提法适合从家蝇幼虫中快速有效地提取蝇油,同时蝇油具有一定的抗衰老、抑菌作用。OBJECTIVE To optimize the process of the extraction oil of Musca domestica and study its anti- aging and antibacterial effect in vitro. METHODS By means of designing the orthognal test,the best process was optimized for the extraction oil of M. domestica; By sabcutaneous injection of D- galactos combined with UV irradiation on the dorsal skin of mice,a model was established to resemble human skin aging. Meanwhile,blank group,positive control group and model group were set up. Then the activity of SOD,content of MDA were determined and antibacterial effect was observed. RESULTS The optimal process of the extraction oil of M.domestica was the temperature of 70 ℃,the congducting time of 2. 5 hours and the salid liquid ratio of 10∶1. The oil could play a good part in anti- aging and antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococus anrens,Bacillus subilis. CONCLUSION Ultrasound extraction with water is suitable for fast and efficient extracting oil form M. domestica larvae. And the oil can play a part in anti- aging and antibacterial effect.
