摘 要:目的比较重庆多个地区及其他栀子主产区栽培栀子的种质资源和药材品质。方法对9个不同产地栽培栀子的植物特征、药材性状、活性成分及其他常规检测进行比较。结果根据栀子的生物性状相关性研究,可将栀子样品分为5种类型,其中,赣产3号为优良品种,渝产栀子目前存在品种混乱、种质退化等问题。结论渝产栀子资源丰富,类型多样,应加强GAP规范化科学种植,推广特色深度发展模式。OBJECTIVE To compare germplasm resources of Gardenia jasminoides from the different regions in Chongqing and several other sources. METHODS Detections were made about the plant characteristics,medicinal properties,ingredients and other conventional test of cultivated Gardenia collected from nine sources. RESULTS According to the research of the correlation between the biological characters,Gardenia could be divided into five basic types. Jiangxi 3 was the best. There were some problems such as varieties and the degradation of germplasm resources in Chongqing. CONCLUSION The resources of Gardenia in Chongqing are abundant. However,the types are varied. Good Agricultural Practise should be strengthened. And the characteristic development model should be promoted.
