不同品种天麻的形态组织学对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究天麻的形态组织学,寻找不同品种天麻的鉴别依据。方法采用生药学常规方法,对不同品种天麻进行原植物、药材性状、显微特征的对比观察,并观察花粉块的扫描电镜特征。结果找出了乌天麻、红天麻、绿天麻在形态组织学方面的鉴别特征。结论为天麻的品种鉴别提供了参考依据。OBJECTIVE To perform the contrast histologic research of Gastrodia elata Bl.,and to look for identification basis for G.elata Bl.. METHODS The conventional methods of pharmacognosy were used in thecomparative study on the original plant,medicinal traits and microscopic characteristics of the different varieties of G. elata Bl.. For different G. elata Bl. pollen grains were observed with scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS Morphological histological identification features were found out in the G. elata Bl. f.glauca S. Chow,and G. elata Bl. f. elata,and G. elata Bl. f. viridis Makino. CONCLUSION The references for discrimination of varieties of G. elata Bl. are provided.
