摘  要:目的建立咽炎灵颗粒的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别连翘、甘草、玄参药材;采用HPLC法测定甘草酸铵的含量,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(34∶66),流速1.0 m L·min^-1,检测波长250 nm,柱温35℃。结果 TLC斑点清晰,分离度较好,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;1.5-60.0μg·mL^-1甘草酸铵与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.52%,RSD=1.87%(n=9)。结论所用方法准确可靠、重复性好,可有效控制咽炎灵颗粒的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Yanyanling granules. METHODS TLC was used to make qualitative identification of Forsythiae Fructus,Glycyrrhiza Radix et Rhizoma and Scrophulariae Radix,and HPLC was used to do quantitative determination of ammonium glycyrrhetae. The determination was performed on Agilent HC- C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile- 0. 1% phosphoric acid( 34∶66) at the flow rate of 1. 0 m L·min^- 1with the column temperature of 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength of 250 nm. RESULTS The spots of TLC were fairly clear with the good separation,and the blank test showed no interference. The ammonium glycyrrhetate was linear with peak area( r = 0. 9999) at the range of 1. 5- 60. 0 μg·mL^-1,and its average recovery rate was 99. 52% and RSD was 1. 87%( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Yanyanling granules.
